Having a daughter is one of the most rewarding experiences a mother can share, yet as adolescence begins, new patterns of communication are necessary to accommodate the changes inherent at this stage in the female lifecycle. Our group provides a safe environment where mothers and daughters can reconnect with each other and strengthen the bonds that connect them to one another. Learning new communication approaches, while developing an understanding of the uniqueness of both partners in the mother/daughter dyad, group members are encouraged to embrace a fresh perspective in this singular relationship.
