RATES, PHONE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Phone consultations for established clients is $25 after the first three minutes.

Payment

Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for payment.

Rates:

Chris is on most insurance panels and many EAP programs. If you want to use your insurance or EAP, you can contact him at 386-490-5745. His hourly fee for service rate is $100.00.

Betsy is a fee for service provider. Her rate is $75.00 per hour.

Chris and Betsy together is $150 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Appointments that are listed as no-shows can result in termination of services. As of August 15, 2011, appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged a $25 appointment hold fee.
